During our activities we may take photographs and video recordings for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes. By participating in our activities, you consent to such recordings and their use on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify your guide at the start of the activity. For minors, this consent is given by the registering parent, guardian, or school representative.

Nivuteam shall not be held liable for cancellation, delay, or modification of activities due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, military operations, government orders, epidemics, or road closures. In such events, we will offer rescheduling or credit for a future activity.
